Position Title: Receptionist Primary Responsibilities: 2. Answers phone lines, directs calls to appropriate staff member. 2. Enters invoices and requisition forms into the accounting system. 2. Matches invoices with shippers. 2. Digitizes records for accounts payable through invoice entry process. 2.
